All returns are free, whether it’s an item you tried on from your shipment or something purchased individually from our Shop.

When returning items, you can pick from several convenient options:

• Canada Post shipping label
  

Important:

• unworn and in resalable condition with all tags and original packaging intact (including branded bags for shoes or jewelry boxes).
  
• return envelope included in your shipment, or use your original box or another small box/envelope.
